We’re looking for a Dining Room Manager to lead our dining room team, develop our servers, and help create an exceptional experience for our residents and their families.

As our Dining Room Manager, you will:
Lead the daily operation and appearance of the dining room
Create a welcoming, polished, and positive dining experience for residents and guests
Coach, train, schedule, and support our serving team
Set clear expectations for excellent customer service and hospitality
Train team members on serving techniques, table settings, side work, and dining standards
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and presentation
Partner with the culinary and community leadership teams to ensure smooth dining service
Step in to problem-solve and keep service running smoothly when needs change
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Previous restaurant, hospitality, dining, or food service experience
Experience leading, training, or developing a service team
Strong customer service and communication skills
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to support your team
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Restaurant and hospitality leaders are encouraged to apply! If you’ve been a restaurant supervisor, dining room supervisor, front-of-house manager, lead server, or service manager, your experience could be a great fit for senior living.
