Job Title: Pavement & Asphalt Estimator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team, estimating pavement repairs, crack filling, seal coating, and asphalt work.

This position involves visiting properties to assess project needs, gather measurements, and prepare accurate quotes. Company truck provided

Responsibilities:

• Visit residential and commercial properties to evaluate pavement conditions
• Measure areas and take detailed photos of work sites
• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate estimates for services
• Communicate with customers on-site when needed
• Follow up on quotes and assist in closing jobs

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working independently and traveling to job sites
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of asphalt/pavement work (preferred, but can train the right person)
• Ability to use measuring tools, a smartphone, and basic estimating software
