Our AMAZING apartment community in Athens, GA is in need of aGroundskeeperto join our Maintenance Team. The Groundskeeper is responsible for assigned grounds and some maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Property Manager. This is a full-time position offering with competitive pay!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties under the direct supervision of the Community Manager or assigned Supervisor:
- Assisting in the achievement of the community's annual budget plan
- Some maintenance functions
- Physical condition of the community
- Upholding all Company policies, goals, and values
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITES:
- Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner
- Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas
- Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas
- Perform assigned landscaping duties
- Participate in an ongoing improvement plan
- Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality customer satisfaction
- All other duties as may be assigned from time to time
