Job Title: Crew Lead (Working Manager)
Pay Rate: $28.00+ / hour + performance bonuses and profit sharing

Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Crew Lead to manage daily on-site painting operations while working directly alongside the crew. In this role, you will balance active painting duties with leadership responsibilities, serving as the main job-site point of contact for the client, directing workflow, and coaching team members into producing high-quality work from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively paint alongside the crew while setting the standard for technique, speed, and safety.
- Collaborate directly with company owner to grow the business with much upward income potential.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily tasks to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, handling questions, daily updates, and walk-throughs professionally.
- Oversee proper maintenance, storage, and handling of all company tools, sprayers, ladders, and materials.
- Enforce safety protocols, ensure clean site conditions, and complete quality checks before project handoff.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional painting experience (interior/exterior, brush, roll, and spray) OR 3+ years experience in a customer service role (sales, hospitality, etc).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve on site.
- Must be fully comfortable working on 28-foot ladders and traversing various roof pitches.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds consistently throughout the workday.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Must have a reliable vehicle
