Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-level HVAC installs and service for light commercial (RTUs, boilers) and residential systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, ductwork).
- Diagnose system issues, perform ductwork modifications, startup, and commissioning.
- Quote new installs and recommend system upgrades directly to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of combined HVAC install and diagnostic service experience.
- Certifications: Active EPA Certification required.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Skills: Strong ductwork modification and diagnostic skills. (NATE, OSHA, or Ohio Journeyman licenses are a plus, but NOT required).
