Experienced Concrete Form Carpenter

We are seeking experienced Concrete Form Carpenters to join our team on commercial construction projects throughout Mid-Michigan. Candidates should have experience building and stripping concrete formwork, reading blueprints, performing layout, and working safely in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, set, align, and strip concrete formwork
• Install footings, walls, columns, decks, and structural concrete forms
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble forming materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Work effectively with crews to maintain production schedules
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete formwork experience preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Experience with Symons, EFCO, Peri, Doka, or similar forming systems preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Compensation & Benefits

• Journeyman Base Wage:$37.59/hour
