Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for manual machining and assembly to specifications
- Precision Surface grinding ,Manual lathe , Bridgeport mill.
- Writing parts up for Heat Treat
- Benching and deburring of precision parts after manufacturing.
- Ability to inspect parts to blue print
- Ability to manufacture parts from prints
- Minimum 10 years of experience
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Experience with manual machining methods
- Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, GD&T drawings and layout instructions.
- Ability to work 10 hour shifts based on project demand
- Ability to lift to 15 lbs. consistently
- Tools for intermediate inspection, and basic mechanical assembly
