Responsibilities
- Directallaspectsofprojectmanagementbudget,schedule,andresourceplanningfromstarttofinish
- Coordinatecloselywithfieldteams,subcontractors,andvendorstokeepprojectsmovingandmaintainqualitystandards
- Evaluateplansandspecstocatchpotentialissuesearlyandsuggestimprovements
- Overseequalitycontrolandmanageprojectstafftostayonscheduleandwithinbudget
- Handlecontractreview,changeorders,andotherkeyprojectdocumentation
Requirements
- 5+yearsofexperienceinconstructionprojectmanagement
- Ground-upprojectexperienceinmunicipal,school,commercial,orrelatedconstructionpreferred
- Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
