Bilingual Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
- $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00for each billable client hour worked
- 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck
- Fully paid training no experiencerequired
