Job Title: ECVC Associate Attorney – Junior

Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 annually + discretionary bonus + full benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Guide companies through their entire lifecyclefrom formation to financings to M&A.
- Represent venture funds and investorsbacking tomorrow’s game-changing businesses.
- Advise clients on complex corporate governance and regulatory strategy.
- Work on the frontier of innovation: AI , Web3 , blockchain , crypto , the metaverse , and beyond.
- Manage sophisticated matters while collaborating with a collegial, nationally recognized team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of ECVC or corporate law experienceat a peer firm.
- Hands-on experience in venture financings, governance, and strategic counseling.
- Excellent academics, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client + counsel relationships.
