• Operate and adjust chain-making machines
• Troubleshoot issues and keep production running
• Inspect product quality and make corrections
• Work hands-on with tools and equipment every day

• Mechanical experience (automotive, farm, shop, military, or similar)
• Comfortable using tools and working on equipment
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Willing to work in a loud, industrial environment

Important: This role requires hands-on mechanical ability-not just interest.
