Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manufacturing & Engineering

100% Onsite | $75,000 - $80,000 Base + Up to 25% Annual Bonus

We are seeking an experiencedTalent Acquisition professionalwith a proven background recruiting withinmanufacturing and/or engineering environments.

This is a dedicated, full-cycle recruiting rolenot an HR Generalist or HRBP position. The ideal candidate is a true recruiter who knows how to proactively source, engage, and hire manufacturing talent.

Key Qualifications:

• Manufacturing and/or engineering recruiting experiencerequired
• Strong full cycle Talent Acquisition background
• Proven ability to source passive and hard-to-find candidates
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
• Strong candidate screening and assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and recruiting priorities

Compensation: $75,000- $80,000 base salary + up to 25% annual KPI-based bonus, with total compensation potential of $100,000.

Important:This position is100% onsite, Monday–Friday. No remote or hybrid option.Candidates should carefully consider the daily commute before applying.
