Responsibilities :

1. Assist with ADL's
2. Transfer and Mobility Assistance
3. Meal Preparation
4. Transportation
5. Medication Reminders

Requirements:

1. Current CNA/HHA Certificate
2. Valid Auto Insurance and Driver's License
3. Valid CPR Certification
4. Florida DOEA 1 & 2 Hour Alzheimer's Certificate
5. Negative TB Result
6. Reliable Transportation
