Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedReach Truck Operatorto join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Rincon, GA. This position will primarily be responsible forpicking orders and completing put-aways using a reach truckwhile maintaining accuracy and safety. Candidates must be comfortable working extended hours, asovertime is expected and shifts may continue until the work is finished.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely to complete picking and put-away assignments.
- Move, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick orders and verify product and inventory locations.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity expectations.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to complete daily operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- PreviousReach Truck experience is required.
- Must be able to communicate inSpanish; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to workSunday through Friday and stay until the work is finished.
- Must be comfortable workingfrequent overtime and extended hours.
- Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety are required.

The pay rate for this position is$19.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Final compensation may depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
