What You’ll Do:
As a Production Team Member, you’ll be a vital part of our operational core, helping craft quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Operate & Assemble: Work with production machinery and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Perform checks to ensure products meet high-quality standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with crew members to hit daily production targets and deadlines.
Maintain & Troubleshoot: Keep your work area clean, follow safety protocols, and assist with minor equipment troubleshooting or reporting.
Material Handling: Assist with inventory, packaging, and moving materials as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
No Experience? No Problem! Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated team members.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Reliable: High school diploma or GED preferred; commitment to punctuality and teamwork required.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
