About the Role: Dolan Homes is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. This is a great opportunity to be the backbone of a dynamic manufactured home community, keeping operations running smoothly while working alongside a passionate team of professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and office supply management
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
- Support project coordination and communicate updates across departments
- Prepapre legal notices
- Conduct lot inspections
Requirements:- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Exclusive use of Google Platforms perferred but will train
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Experience in construction or home building is a plus
- Must live 15 minutes from the office
- On the job training provided
