Property Manager – Hessel on the Park | Champaign, IL
Community Property Management is hiring a Property Manager for Hessel on the Park. You'll be the main point of contact for residents and prospects running tours, leasing units, and keeping the property running smoothly.
What you'll do:

• Lease units and manage the full rental process, tour to signed lease
• Respond to resident calls, emails, and texts
• Log maintenance requests and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
• Represent the property professionally at every touchpoint

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years in customer service or sales
• Associate's degree
• Comfortable with everyday office software (AppFolio a plus)
• Able to work extra hours during peak leasing season
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, comfortable walking the property and showing units

Benefits: Base pay + incentives, Simple IRA, paid vacation/sick/holiday time. $23/ Hr Plus Peformance commisions
