Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-K Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods where appropriate.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children’s social-emotional development.
  • Facilitate hands-on activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking tailored to toddlers and preschool-aged children.
  • Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support early intervention strategies when necessary.
  • Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization in accordance with childcare regulations.
  • Incorporate special education techniques to support children with diverse learning needs and promote inclusive participation.
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and inform instructional strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods.
  • Experience supporting children with special needs or early intervention programs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members.
  • Valid credentials in early childhood education or related fields; certifications in childcare or preschool teaching preferred.
  • Ability to create an inclusive classroom that fosters child welfare and promotes positive social interactions.
