About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at Sundowners in Key Largo Florida. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails for our guests. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or experience working within the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Florida Responsible Vendor Program
• Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Check guests' identification and confirm that they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Skills:

Experience as a bartender is preferred however all skill levels are encouraged to apply. As a bartender you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with our guests and provide them with a positive experience. You will also need to have strong attention to detail to ensure that drinks are prepared accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will need to have good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as a team.
