Warehouse Associate

We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to work in our West Springfield, MA facility who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll support warehouse operations through order picking, receiving, inventory management, truck loading and unloading, and production support activities. If you have Reach Truck experience, a strong commitment to safety, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Compensation

The starting hourly rate is $18.75. Team Members working 3rd shift qualify for a $0.75 per hour shift differential, bringing the effective hourly rate to $19.50 per hour.

Work Schedule

  • Onsite: Monday – Friday (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

What You'll Do

  • Operate material-handling equipment, including Reach Trucks (minimum one year of experience required), forklifts, balers, scanners, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment
  • Accurately pick, receive, store, and ship products to support customer and production requirements
  • Load and unload trucks while maintaining safe material flow throughout the facility
  • Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Oracle software for inventory tracking and warehouse transactions
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and support department KPI tracking
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas that meet GMP and AIB requirements
  • Follow all safety policies and actively participate in company and departmental safety initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure accurate information flow
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and departmental efficiency goals

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of Reach Truck experience required
  • Ability to successfully complete forklift certification upon hire
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Experience using warehouse technology, including scanners, Microsoft Office applications, and inventory management systems preferred
  • Effective communication skills and ability to understand and follow operational and safety procedures
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including:
    • Frequent lifting of 10-50 pounds and occasional lifting of more than 50 pounds
    • Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting, and standing for extended periods
    • Ability to handle raw materials, finished goods, pallets, and shipping materials throughout the workday
  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred
