Shift Details
- Training Shift:1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) for ~90 days
- Permanent Shift:2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
- Early transition available for highly experienced machinists
- Conversions to permanent typically around 90 days

What You’ll Do
You’ll be working onlarge-scale, high-value componentswhere your experience truly makes a difference:
- Set up and operatelarge CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (HBMs)
- Machine critical components totight tolerances
- Interpretcomplex blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specs
- Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies for large parts
- Optimize feeds, speeds, and machining methods for efficiency
- Perform inspections using precision measurement tools
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues independently
- Partner with Engineering & Quality teams to ensurefirst-time-right results
This is high-level machining not button-pushing.
What You Bring
- 5–7+ yearsCNC machining experience (heavy industrial preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience withHBMs
- Ability to machinelarge, precision components
- Advanced blueprint reading +GD&T expertise
- Experience withalloy, carbon, stainless steels & large forgings
- Self-starter with strong troubleshooting ability
Safety & PPE
- Steel/safety toe boots required
- Eye, ear protection & hard hats provided
- No headphones
- Long pants required
- No loose clothing or hoodies
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to pass:
- 10-year background check(no felonies within 10 years)
- Drug screening
