Position Summary

The Driverfacilitatesclients' transportation to and from necessary appointments at one ofPromisesBehavioral Health Residential Program Facilities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Transportsclients per supervisor's directives (for court, ancillary services, etc.)

• Follows emergencyprocedures exactlyto securesafetyand welfare of clients.

• Notifiesappropriate Clinicalstaff member or Executive Director of any client behavior that could create a risk to the clients’ wellbeing or treatment success.

• Completes andsubmitsare necessary forms and documentation.

• Servesas back-up for residentialassistancesas needed.

• Assistswith set-up and take-down for allspecial eventsand functions.

• Pick upmaildaily.

• Provides tours for aftercare onweekends.

• Transportsclients to special meetings when needed.

• Schedule includes being available duringon-call schedule.

• Additionalduties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.

• Class F endorsement (or willing to obtain).

• Clear driving record.

• Current automobile insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification isrequiredfor this position. Ifnot CPR/First Aidcertified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within the state mandatedtime frameafter first day of employment.
