Description:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Staff Civil Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in site engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with in-the-field soil testing and evaluation
- Support the design of stormwater management BMPs using HydroCAD
- Assist with the design of on-site sewage disposal systems (Title 5)
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and field inspections
- Perform engineering calculations and modeling under the supervision of licensed engineers
- Prepare engineering designs, plans, and reports using AutoCAD and Carlson software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Engineering or a related field
- EIT certification required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software preferred
- Eager to pursue a Massachusetts Soil Evaluator’s certification and eventually a Professional Engineer (PE) license - important credentials for both your success and ours
