Job Title: Inbound Operation Manager (3PL Warehouse) – $60K–$65K + Full Benefits | 1st Shift

Location:Jessup,MD
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Weekend availability required based on customer needs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:$60,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Lead all inbound operations includingdriver check-ins, unloading, and receiving
• Managecontainer and trailer unloading, product breakdown, sorting, and palletizing
• Ensureaccurate inventory handlingand visibility of production codes
• Overseedaily labor planning, lumper assignments, and payroll processing
• Handlepricing/quoting, reporting, and data entry systems
• Managecash/check reconciliationand weekly reporting to corporate
• Maintain strong communication withcustomers, on-site leadership, and corporate teams
• Driveefficiency, cost reduction, and productivity improvements
• Enforcesafety standards, SOPs, and compliance protocols

Leadership Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors
• Monitor performance, enforce accountability, and handle disciplinary actions
• Ensure proper staffing levels based on daily/weekly volume
• Build ahigh-performing, reliable teamfocused on results
• Lead safety training and ensure proper use of equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience inwarehouse operations, inbound/logistics, or 3PL environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in afast-paced, high-volume operation
• Experience withreporting, payroll, and warehouse systems
• Hands-on leader who leads by example
