Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and other GM vehicles
- Conduct inspections and accurately identify necessary repairs
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and repair information systems
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- GM dealership experience and certifications strongly preferred
- GM accreditation is a major plus
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
