As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting our nursing team, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes. You’ll help lead our team while creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for our residents.
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesAssociate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership throughout the shift
Ensure proper medication administration and quality resident care
Conduct multiple nursing rounds throughout each shift
Monitor residents’ conditions and address changes appropriately
Provide education, guidance, and support to nursing staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
Weekend positions available
