As a baker at The Goshen Brew, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, preparing fresh, delicious baked goods that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of items, such as bread, pastries, and desserts.
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Managing inventory and keeping track of supplies.
• Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.

We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic baker who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of baking experience in a professional setting.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Passion: A genuine love for baking and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
