Full-Time Sales Manager / Lead Dispatch Manager

Job Overview

Miami First Remodeling is looking for a high-energy Sales Manager in a dispatch role to help lead our sales operation, manage incoming leads, dispatch appointments, qualify customers, and drive company growth.

This is NOT just an appointment setter position.
We are looking for a motivated leaderfocused on sales performance, money-making, customer communication, lead qualification, and helping the team close deals.

The name of the game is QUALIFYING LEADS.

Pay:$1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Job description:

Quality leads create confirmed appointments, stronger sales opportunities, and more closed deals.

You will be responsible for managing sales representatives, assigning and dispatching leads, tracking results, following up with customers, helping bring customers onboard, and pushing the company toward high sales goals.

• Full Residential Remodeling Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate sales representatives
• Dispatch and assign incoming leads daily
• Qualify leads and match the right salesperson to the customer
• Track sales performance and collect results from the team
• Call customers and help bring deals onboard
• Follow up with warm leads and appointment confirmations
• Help improve closing ratios and team production
• Maintain CRM organization and lead tracking
• Coordinate schedules and customer communication
• Push company sales goals with urgency and accountability
• Create a positive, motivated, money-driven environment

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish preferred (We consider non-Spanish speakers)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales management experience preferred
• Ability to motivate and manage people
• Organized and fast-paced mindset
• Comfortable handling pressure and high expectations
• CRM experience preferred
• Long-term commitment and reliability REQUIRED

Important

This is a FULL-TIME office position only.
We are NOT looking for candidates working multiple jobs during business hours.

This is NOT a regular 8–5 office job.
Our office hours operate from 8 AM – 5 PM, but this position also requires availability after hours and weekends to help coordinate with sales representatives, take incoming leads, confirm appointments, and help bring in closes.

Speed to lead, follow-up, accountability, motivation, and lead qualification are extremely important in our company.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend availability required
Office 40 hours per week not including weekend.
