How One Will Serve
Process and deposit donations, ensuringaccuraterecord-keeping in QuickBooks
Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules
Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements
Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts
Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses
Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation
Track andallocatedepartmental expenses and copy charges
Support financial reporting andmaintainaccuratedonation records
