Legal Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to multiple attorneys, ensuring smooth daily operations across administrative, legal, scheduling, and clientservice functions. Success in this role requires reliability, initiative, and the ability to coordinate complex tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Attorney Support Deliver daytoday administrative and legal assistance to assigned attorneys.
- Document Preparation Draft, revise, proofread, and process correspondence, legal filings, presentations, and other materials.
- Deadline & Workflow Tracking Monitor assignments, due dates, approvals, client contacts, and business development activities.
- Scheduling & Coordination Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and visitor logistics.
- Matter Administration Assist with matter intake, conflict checks, engagement letters, research tasks, billing, invoicing, expenses, and file organization.
- Team Collaboration Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and crossfunctional teams to support firm operations.

Education & Experience
- 5+ years of administrative, project management, or clientsupport experience; legal or professional services background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Litigation exposure is beneficial but not required.
Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Familiarity with basic AI concepts, including capabilities, limitations, accuracy, privacy, and responsible use.
