What We Value Most
Troubleshooting ability and a positive attitude.
We want technicians who can walk into a system they did not install, determine how it should work, identify what is actually happening, isolate the problem, and fix it correctly. Just as important, we value technicians who bring a positive attitude, work well with customers and coworkers, and approach challenges with a willingness to learn and solve problems.
