Ensurethat all aspects of the residents’ personal care and service planareimplemented while assuring that the resident is treated with dignity and respect,assistingeach resident to be as independent and self-sufficient as possible.

• • Caregiving experience or certification preferred:CertifiedNursing Assistant (CNA), Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA), Home Health Aide

  • Minimum of 17 years of age.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

  • Must be able to pass the state mandated criminal background screening.

• • Deliver care based on individualizedservice plans

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, dining)

  • Respondpromptly to resident requests and call lights

  • Observe and report changes inresidents’conditionto supervisor

  • Document care and services as directed

  • Assistresidents with meals and life enrichment activities as needed

• • Ability tolift upto 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend,andassistresidents in all aspects of personal care.

  • Handle emotional and physical demands of caregiving
