Serverscreateandmaintainanatmosphereofanticipatoryservice,ensuringexceptional experiencesforallmembersandguests.YouareanambassadorforCamelClubwitheveryinteraction.Liveandshareyourpassionforgenuinehospitalityinyourcommitmenttoenrichinglives.

Primaryresponsibilitiesincludeservingfoodandbeverageitems,clearingcourses,monitoringsatisfaction,anticipatingneedsandresettingormoving/rearrangingtablesasneeded.Youpreparestationsforserviceandinspectofallareasforcleanlinessandcorrectness. Maintaincompleteandcurrentknowledgeofmenuitems,preparationmethods,ingredients,purveyors,presentationandtheory.Knowledgeofglassware,beverageoptions,table/seat/stationnumbers,propertablesets,hoursofoperationanddresscode.

Serversdisplayeffectivecommunication,memberrecognitionandanswerquestionsregardingCamelClub.YouworkcloselywithChefs,Sommeliers,ManagersandDirectorstoexecuteasmoothandseamlessservice.Additionally,youmaybecalledupontoassistintrainingnewteammemberswhennecessary.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIESincludethefollowing.Otherdutiesmaybeassigned.

  • FollowallCamelClubpoliciesandprocedures,includingstandardsforquality,timing,paymentprocessing,attendanceandappearance.
  • FollowallCamelClubsafetyprotocols,includingappropriateuseofchemicals,PersonalProtectiveEquipmentandSafetyDataSheets.
  • Thoroughlycheckworkandpublicareasfortidiness,generalmaintenanceandensuringallarecorrected/reportedimmediately.
  • MaintainknowledgeofCamelClubservicesandofferings.
  • Helpresolveserviceissuesinatimelyandpositiveway,followingupasneeded.
  • Willingandtimelyexecutionofotherdutiesasdelegatedbyleadership.
  • DailyoperationofallF&Bspaces.
  • Assistwithspecialcleaningprojects.
  • AttenddailyStaffMeetings/GroupMeetings/DevelopmentMeetings.
  • ResponsibleforpreparingtheDiningRoomforoperationsandservice.
  • Executingthesetupofdiningspacesbymovingtablesandchairstoachievenecessarytableconfigurations.
  • Vacuumingspacestoensurecontinuedcleanliness.
  • Settingtablesaccordingtostandards.
  • Polishingglasswareandsilverware.
  • Crumbingchairs.
  • Maintenanceandcleanlinessofequipmentandcommonspaces.
  • Performingroutinedeep-cleaningtasksasassigned.
  • Maintaining“thelook”ofthespace.
  • Liftingandcarryingchairs,tablesandotherequipmentduringsetup;traysupto28lbs.andfurnitureupto50lbs.
  • Understandingmenuandfoodterminology.
  • AttentivetoallTeamMembers,assistingallpositionsasnecessary.

EDUCATIONAND/OREXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS

  • Previousserviceexperienceinasimilarroleorfinediningispreferred.
  • Mustbeatleast20yearsofage(Kentuckylawrequiresthatonemustbeovertheageof20todispenseorservealcoholicbeverages).
  • KentuckyFoodHandlersCertificateorabilitytoobtaincertificationuponhire.
  • AptitudeandabilitytousearestaurantPointofSale(POS)systemsuccessfullyandaccurately.
  • Abilitytoworkmornings,evenings,weekendsandholidays.

LANGUAGESKILLS

  • Musthaveexcellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
  • Mustbeabletoeffectivelycommunicatewithguests,teammembersandmanagers.
