KeyResponsibilities

• Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply, drainage, gas, and heating-related plumbing
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications; ensure all work meets local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections as required
• Lead, train, and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers on the job
• Troubleshoot difficult service calls and provide solutions the crew can rely on
• Provide accurate estimates for time, materials, and cost
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and vehicle
• Deliver professional, courteous service and represent Rabe well in every customer interaction

On-CallRequirement

This position participates in arotating on-call scheduletoprovideemergencyplumbingservicetoourcustomersoutsideofnormalbusinesshours,includingsomeevenings,weekends,andholidays.On-callrotationissharedfairlyamongqualifiedteammembers,andadditionalcompensationisprovidedforon-callandemergencywork.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Plumber licensein good standing (required)
• Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience, including time at the journeyman level
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and best practices
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Experience with heating systems a plus
