Press Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Press Assistant to support a small press crew in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assisting with press setup, material loading, quality control, and maintaining safety compliance during shift work hours with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press operations and setup
• Load and prepare paper and materials
• Help with machine operation and maintenance
• Perform quality checks and identify color defects
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of machine operation and quality control
• Understanding of safety procedures
• Basic math and computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
