This key role leads design projects within a small, dynamic team, reporting to the Operations Manager and Design Manager. Ideal candidates will bring creativity and strong technical skills to support fast-paced project coordination without travel requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have 3 years sign industry experience, with strong computer skills, a background in vinyl application, and large format digital printing
- Professional must be self-motivated, confident, diplomatic, dependable, and willing to work in a team environment
- The right candidate will also have a strong sense of integrity and a solid work ethic
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with an understanding that we strive to provide the best quality products and service...always!
- 3 years of experience designing and making various types of commercial signage
- Background in vinyl creation & application and large format digital printing
- Strong computer skills and excellent design creativity
- Expert experience in one or more of the following programs: FlexiSIGN, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Solid track record of accurately estimating and meeting deadlines
- Detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills are critical
- Unparalleled communication skills
- Good math skills
- Strong people skills, able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Work directly with both customers and subcontractors
- Experience with channel and dimensional letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, etc
- This is an alcohol, drug and smoke-free environment
