Description:

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, and storage areas.
Move, stack, stage, and organize products and materials in designated locations.
Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and shipping or receiving documentation as required.
Inspect loads for damage and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
Complete required pre-shift forklift inspections and report equipment defects promptly.
Maintain accurate inventory movements using scanners, warehouse systems, or required paperwork.
Follow established procedures for product handling, storage, shipping, and receiving.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas, aisles, docks, and equipment.
Follow all safety policies, including requirements for personal protective equipment (PPE).
Immediately report accidents, spills, unsafe conditions, and near misses.
Assist with general warehouse, distribution, or material-handling duties as needed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Ability to safely lift and move materials within established job requirements.
Ability to enter and exit forklift equipment repeatedly.
Ability to work in warehouse, plant, dock, or outdoor environments where temperatures and conditions may vary.
Ability to wear required PPE.
