Quality Department Manager | Manufacturing Quality

$60,000–$65,000/year DOE | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday Day Shift

Are you a QA Supervisor, Quality Supervisor, QA Specialist, or Quality Lead ready to take the next step into management?

We're looking for a hands-on Quality professional with experience working directly inside a manufacturing plant. You don't need years of Quality Manager experienceif you understand plant-floor Quality, can investigate problems, work with Production, and drive corrective actions through completion, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop plant QA/QC personnel

  • Work directly with Production and Operations on the manufacturing floor

  • Investigate product and process quality issues

  • Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions through resolution

  • Support HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SOP, and Quality programs

  • Maintain audit readiness and respond to audit findings

  • Monitor product specifications, testing, documentation, and compliance

  • Identify quality problems and help implement lasting solutions

  • Drive continuous improvement across Quality and Production

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on Quality experience in a manufacturing plant

  • Experience as a QA Supervisor, Quality Supervisor, QA Specialist, QA Lead, Quality Lead, or similar

  • Food, beverage, nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred

  • Hands-on experience investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions

  • Experience working directly with Production/Operations

  • Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, Quality Systems, and manufacturing Quality practices

  • Leadership potential and the ability to develop into a broader Quality management role

HACCP, SQF, PCQI, BRC/GFSI, FDA or USDA experience is a plus.
