Outside Sales Representative

We are hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and generate new business.

This is a true business development role. Our inside team handles incoming calls, portal orders, and existing accounts. Your focus is in the fieldidentifying opportunities, meeting prospects, and bringing in new customers.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, is comfortable with face-to-face selling, and is motivated by results and commission-based earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business and build a strong sales pipeline
• Visit prospects and customers throughout the territory
• Make cold calls and introduce our company to new accounts
• Build relationships with contractors, businesses, and decision-makers
• Identify and pursue new markets and opportunities
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and active opportunities
• Learn our products, services, and sheet metal capabilities
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with inside sales and production teams as needed
• Convert new accounts into long-term customers
• Track activity, pipeline, and results
• Meet or exceed new business and sales goals

Experience in sheet metal, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sales is a plus, but not required. We value a proven ability to generate new business above all else.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

This role includes a base salary plus a commission structure designed to reward profitable new business development. Your earnings grow directly with your performance and results.
