KeyResponsibilities
- Overseethefullproductionprocess,fromsampledevelopmenttofinaldelivery
- Workcloselywithjewelerstocreateandimprovesamples,makingsurequalitystandardsaremet
- Manageproductionschedules,inventoryneeds,andpre-productionplanning
- Staycloselyinvolvedintheday-to-dayproductionworkflow,includingreviewinginvoices,matchingcomponentsandparts,organizingitems,andmakingsureproductsmovethrougheachstagecorrectly
- Checksamplesandfinishedpiecestomakesureeverythingiscorrectbeforeitmovesforward
- Coordinatewithvendorsonpricing,timelines,andexpectations
- Keepproductiondocumentationorganizedanduptodate
- WorkwiththeSalesteamtomakesureproductionalignswithdemand
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithvendorsandproductionpartners
- Identifyproductionissuesandhelpfindpracticalsolutionstokeepworkmovingefficiently
Requirements
- Experienceinjewelry,manufacturing,production,fulfillment,operations,orasimilarhands-onenvironment
- Jewelryindustryexperienceispreferred,butnotrequired
- Previousproductionmanagementexperienceorsimilarisaplus,butwe'reopentosomeonereadytostepintotheirfirst ProductionManagerrole
- Strongorganizationalskillsandabilitytohandlemultiplepriorities
- GoodEnglishcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandspoken
