Comfort Advisor

The Comfort Advisor plays a critical role in assisting customers during in-home visits by providing expert advice on HVAC systems. Working within a small team, the advisor offers advanced technical expertise blended with strong interpersonal skills to recommend the most suitable products and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations during in-home visits to assess comfort needs
• Provide tailored product recommendations based on HVAC system knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport
• Perform follow-up communication to maintain customer relationships
• Manage accurate documentation for sales and customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• 3+ years of HVAC experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• In-depth product knowledge of HVAC systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interaction
• Attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
