Sunbelt Natural Foods Distributors is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our Apopka, Florida team.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our distribution operation running smoothly. From receiving and organizing products to preparing customer orders for delivery, your work helps ensure the right products get to the right place safely and accurately.

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

What You'll Do

• Prepare customer orders by accurately pulling products from warehouse stock.
• Load delivery vehicles and ensure products and supplies are properly secured.
• Receive incoming products and verify item specifications, quantities, and condition.
• Stock and rotate products using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices.
• Help maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and verify product expiration dates.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or product losses.
• Complete and maintain warehouse records, including temperature and maintenance logs.
• Process and review documents such as Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Bills of Lading.
• Communicate with appropriate team members to help ensure accurate orders and inventory information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company food safety, warehouse safety, and operational procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish (Bilingual).
• Previous warehouse or related experience is preferred.
• Forklift Operator Certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking, receiving, and counting products.
• Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or guide up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is an active warehouse position that requires regular standing, walking, reaching, and movement throughout the workday. Employees may also be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl while performing assigned duties.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the warehouse environment is generally moderate.
