As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assisting guests with the check-in process, including verifying waivers and providing necessary information.
• Handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Answering questions and providing information about our facility, activities, and policies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for managing check-ins and transactions.
• A passion for creating a welcoming and fun environment for our guests.
