Your ability to coordinate appointments, manage communications, and assist with administrative processes will ensure clients feel informed and valued throughout their financial planning journey.

You'll connect with clients through phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and occasionally in person, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to ensure they feel supported and valued.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless interactions between clients and our Financial Advisor.

  • Manage and organize client communications, keeping everyone informed and up-to-date.

  • Assist with administrative tasks to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.

  • Actively listen to client needs and provide thoughtful, timely responses.

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve client service approach.

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions, fostering trust and confidence in our services.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial or education sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of client requests.
  • Proven track record of maintaining accurate records and managing data with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and scheduling tools, to enhance productivity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
  • Experience in coordinating appointments and managing calendars to optimize scheduling and client interactions is a plus.
