As a Server/Bartender at Pappy's, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations.
• Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Delivering food and drinks to tables with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and dining area.
• Handling payments and transactions with accuracy.
• Collaborating with team members to create a positive and seamless dining experience.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 3 years of experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including drink preparation and menu familiarity.
• A professional and reliable work ethic.
