Software Engineer

Key Information:
Work Model: On-site, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain full-stack software applications supporting investment research and internal business processes
-Develop production-quality applications using TypeScript and modern full-stack technologies within the T3 ecosystem
-Write Python for scripting, automation, data processing, and internal tooling
-Design and work with relational databases and write production-quality SQL
-Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from problem definition and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Requirements:
- 2 to 7 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
-Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack development
-Strong hands-on Python experience withability to read and write Python for scripting and automation
-Experience working with AWS and cloud-based application environments
-Strong understanding of relational databases
-Experience writing production-quality SQL
-Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing, debugging, and system design
-Strong problem-solving skills and genuine curiosity about technology and data

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with AI engineering, LLM APIs, or generative AI applications
-Experience building AI-powered automations or agentic workflows
-Experience working with financial markets, investing, fintech, quantitative research, or financial technology
-Academic background in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline
