Job Description
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys owning the accounting process and working closely with leadership in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

· Process invoices, enter bills, and ensure timely vendor payments

· Generate customer invoices and assist with collections efforts

· Create and manage purchase orders for equipment and materials

· Perform account coding and data entry within accounting systems

· Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

· Support purchasing activities and vendor relationships

· Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

· Process payroll information through the company's payroll platform as needed

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of recent accounting experience

· Experience with QuickBooks Online required

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
