Experienced Service Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Service Manager to join our busy HVAC team!You will be responsible forhelpingcustomers by providing product and service information, dispatching service calls, reviewing time sheets and resolvingtechnical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provideinformation about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concerns
• Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
• Dispatch service and maintenance requests
• Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
• HVAC - air conditioning experience very helpful

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with all office programs - Field Edge, ESC and Quickbooks knowledge a plus
