Job Description
Are you a recent graphic design graduate ready to turn your creative skills into real-world experience? An established consumer products organization is seeking aGraphic Designerto create engaging artwork for licensed products, e-commerce platforms, packaging, sales presentations, and digital marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with creative, sales, e-commerce, product development, and production teams while building valuable experience in both digital and print design. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your portfolio and develop practical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Createoriginal artwork and graphics for licensed sports, entertainment, and lifestyle products.
- Designproduct graphics, packaging, presentation boards, catalogs, sell sheets, advertisements, web banners, and e-commerce content.
- Prepareproduction-ready artwork, including sizing, color separations, file organization, and technical specifications.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams and vendors to incorporate feedback, meet brand requirements, and keep projects moving toward deadlines.
- Reviewdigital proofs and product samples for color, placement, accuracy, and overall design quality while staying current on consumer and graphic-design trends.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum ofAssociates DegreeinGraphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Professional oracademic portfoliodemonstrating graphic design, typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience preparing artwork for print, digital media, packaging, or consumer products; relevant academic projects may help demonstrate these skills.
- Strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and image preparation.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to accept creative direction, incorporate feedback, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with licensed products, sports graphics, e-commerce, or consumer-product development ispreferred, but not required.

The base pay range for this position is $45,000 annual, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
