What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
- 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals (insurance sales preferred)
- Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated you take feedback and run with it
- Strong communication skills and genuine care for helping customers protect what matters
